10 Year Anniversary trip

Garrett and I were blessed to be able to take a week alone in August to celebrate our ten year anniversary. We went to California, a state which we love and are very familiar with...at least we thought we were. This was our first time experiencing norther California, and it really is like an entirely different state. The weather is brisk, foggy & windy; the terrain turns much more crag-like. The Coastal Highway 1 was a breathtaking drive. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know more of California, however; in the end, we decided we are definitely southern California people. We love the climate of southern California, the beaches, the cove town of La Jolla and the quaint Coronado Island.
