Homemade Strawberry Sauce

In a country where you can't eat the fresh strawberries, but they are dirt cheap...you make strawberry sauce.






De-core strawberries
Cut in half
Heap them into a sauce pan
Add 2 tablespoons butter
Cook them awhile; let them bubble on down until they are chunky mush
Add some sugar (to taste)
Puree
Enjoy!

(Refrigerate & Use within 2 weeks as there's no preservatives)
